 Anwar Ibrahim, the leader of the Pakatan Harapan (PH) coalition, won 81 seats out of  total 220 counted after the nation's 15th General Elections, which resulted in a hung parliament.

 PH won more seats,  Anwar becomes Prime Minister, a Muslim & Malay fitted to Malaysia's typical Race and Religion politics.

The 75-year-old was deputy prime minister in the 1990s and the official prime minister-in-waiting in 2018.

 Anwar said he has the support of Pakatan Harapan, Barisan Nasional, Gabungan Parti Sarawak, Warisan, Muda and independents.

Malaysia's new Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim said on Friday that support in parliament for his ruling coalition exceeds a two-thirds majority and that his cabinet will be smaller than those of previous administrations.
